As Part of Its CSR Initiative; Gist of Training Activities Carried Out By Aress

Aress is a socially responsible organisation and is committed to the upliftment and betterment of underprivileged and marginalized communities. This is achieved thru the CSR initiatives of the organization.

Apart from financial support for the CSR programs, organization also provides its highly skilled manpower and other resources to train youths of urban and rural areas, belonging to less privileged and marginalized section of the society.

The emphasis is not just to train the youths, but to also provide them with good boarding and lodging facilities during the training and employment opportunities post the training, so that they not only become economically independent but gradually become a part of the mainstream society.

As part of our CSR initiatives we have successfully conducted and completed various placement linked training programs. Even now there are ongoing skill development programs and more lined up in future.
